Lancaster Connects
Lancaster Connects brings together local charities, local heroes, and local businesses to showcase the best of what Lancaster, PA has to offer so that in 2021 and beyond, our local neighbors and friends may thrive, be more productive, and live happily and generously.
The Lancaster Connects Podcast is hosted weekly by Gardner's Mattress & More co-owners Ben McClure & Jeff Giagnocavo and can be viewed on numerous streaming services as well as listed to on your favorite podcast platforms.

Gardner's Gives Back
The Gardner’s Gives Back Mission:
Do more in Lancaster County Each and Every Day to Lift Others Up That Need a Helping Hand.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: When you purchase a mattress, we will ask you if you'd like to participate in our ongoing food collection efforts for those experiencing food insecurity. If so, place any non-perishable food items in a bag by your front door. Canned soup, boxed rice, canned vegetables, canned fruits, and boxed meals are all welcome. Add as much to the bag as you see fit.
Step 2: On the day of your delivery, the Gardner’s delivery team will ask if the bag by the door is for food donation.
Step 3: Once a month, Gardner’s Mattress & More donates all collected food items to the Hempfield Food Pantry at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Landisville, which serves approximately 300 families every month.
Or simply drop off your donated items at Gardner’s, you do not have to be a Gardner’s customer to donate.

Calling All Lancaster County Teachers... Gardner's Mattress & More has a FREE pillow for your student. We want to help your students be more productive, attentive and happier in your classroom! Use the form below to nominate one of your students.
Here at Gardner's our purpose is to...
Impact those in our community through the power of better sleep so they are happier and more productive therefore individually improving those around them because they did business with us.
Now we are taking this purpose to the students in need in your classroom. As a teacher, you see firsthand the signs of students who are in need, at risk, and need a hand up.
Our Nominate A Student program aims to help these learners be more prepared and attentive for your class. Simply use the form to let us know you have a child in your class in need of better sleep, and we will give them a FREE pillow valued at $79!
All we ask is that you arrange to pick up the pillow at our store. We are open 7 days a week and centrally located behind Park City Mall near TJ Maxx.
Rules of this program: All we ask is that this offer and donation go directly to the students who need it the most, and who are in your classroom.
Consider using a personal email address: It is possible that your school's firewall and IT protections may not allow our email to reach you. Therefore, please consider which email to use so we may communicate with you about getting the pillow to you for your student.
