Hybrid Mattress? You mean like a car?!?
Well, yes. By pure definition yes. Hybrid cars incorporate two distinct drive train features - one powered by a traditional combustion engine the other by regenerative braking and energy via a batter.
Hybrid mattresses, by our true definition of the term, combine the "tired and true" durable steel support our bodies have been most accustomed to over the years with newer more advanced comfort layers.
Sadly, the term hybrid mattress has been used ever more widely like other terms that just should not be like #YOLO and "Winning!". A true hybrid mattress will typically have these features and build design:

- Generous layer of advanced foams, typically no less than 2” but can be up to 5” to even 7” of advanced and performance quality foams - like high density poly foam, memory foam or natural sap rubber latex.
